ARED stands for Applications for Rapid E-learning Development, and is a tool which provides you with a range of templates consisting of various interactions – you just add the content! The ARED product features

  • Five ARED dynamic templates,
  • ARED Administration tool,
  • ARED User Manual, and
  • A set of examples of the ARED dynamic templates in various learning contexts.

ARED, which is only available on CD-ROM, can simplify the development of online activities by automating the process, making it quicker and easier to create media-reach web based learning resources.

Speak to the National Projects team here at CIT about ARED, or contact FLS for further details on using ARED in your teaching and learning at CIT.
