Milan Rajic – Food and Beverage studies
Aim : To create a learning resource that would be user friendly, interactive and fun to use.
Innovation :
- A “real bar” photograph with links to areas of study
- Use of interactive material to involve users and make the content interesting
- Use of audio option to satisfy the needs of different learning styles
- Use of “Crazy talk” to announce the content of each area of study
- Use of photographs and links to resources available to invite learners to explore and be innovative themselves
- Revision questions are available at the end of each section
- “Millionaire” game gives students confidence and is fun
Improvements : The course is now more interesting and user friendly, it accommodates different learning styles and provides the learner with options
